Simone Biles

Simone Biles, American gymnast (born 14 March 1997 Columbus Ohio U.S.) is considered to be one of the top athletes in sports. The 2016 Olympics were held in Rio de Janeiro and Biles was the U.S.'s first female gymnast ever to win 4 gold medals. Biles also took home the title of world champion for all-around, three times in succession (2013-15). Biles was raised at Spring Texas in the Houston metro area, where she and her sister Adria were adopted by their grandparents Ronald and Nellie Biles. Simone was first able to show the sport of gymnastics seriously as an infant in a school field trip at Bannon Gymnastix. Aimee Borman was her coach throughout the following 11 years. Biles won the vault and floor exercises at the 2010 Women's Junior Olympic National Championships before getting to the elite competition level in 2011. The following year, Biles dominated the sport. Biles was distinguished by her constant, possessing an enthusiastic and energetic personality and incorporating the most difficult of exercises in all of her competitions - vault uneven floor workouts.
