Julia Fiona Roberts born to Betty Lou Bredemus (mother) and Walter Grady Roberts on October 28 in 1967. Julia Fiona Roberts is the fourth generation Roberts living in Atlanta. Her father's passion for theatre was inherited by her. in theater from a young stage. While he was a student in Emory University from 1952 to 1954, he was a part of many performances. When he joined in 1953 the Air force and was spotted alongside Betty Lou Bredemus in Biloxi. The couple got married in 2005 and had their first child, Eric Anthony in 1956. Walter along with his wife quit their Air Force service in 1957 after which they began enrolment with Walter at Tulane University. Walter was a part of the Atlanta Academy Theater and Harrington Scenic and Lighting Studio after the family moved from Atlanta to Decatur in Georgia in 1960. Walter as well as Betty Lou financed their own production of the local Sunday morning show for children, Bum Bum and His Buddies. They also created the six-year Actors and Writers Workshop later in the year. They welcomed in 1965 two new children: Lelisa Billingsley and Julia Billingsley.
